Coming August 3: More Control Over Your Data and Exports

On August 3, Web Appraise v2.1.0 will introduce new tools that give you greater ownership over your portfolio data, more flexibility in export formats, and clearer billing visibility. This update addresses key concerns around data security and report reliability, making it easier to manage sensitive valuations with confidence.

• Store portfolios locally with Data Hub. Download your reports as encrypted JSON files to remove them from our servers and keep them under your control. Re-upload them anytime you need to continue working.
• Export in CSV, Excel, and PDF. We’ve improved our Excel formatting and added CSV export, giving you more options to share and analyze your valuation data.
• Preview costs before checkout. See a sample invoice for your unpriced portfolio before you incur a charge, and review full invoice history for all previously priced portfolios.
• Track report progress in real time. New progress bars replace the browser spinner so you always know where your report stands. We’ve also fixed connection timeouts to keep large reports running smoothly.
