All portfolio information is stored locally on your computer or workstation. There is no software installation necessary. You can quickly enter, process, and print portfolios as if the program existed on your desktop. The Appraise application is hosted & maintained at our secure site and served to you through the browser of your choice.

This technology eliminates the task of installing and upgrading/maintaining the application internally. With SaaS, Evaluation Services, Inc. can apply patches or fixes without the need for our clients to download updates. You will always be running the latest version from our servers.
